Any activity carried out through your account using your correct login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. 77xp cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security breach was caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
77xp may request identity verification documents at any point – during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may have withdrawal access restricted until the process is finalised.

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated at the time of request. All bets are subject to acceptance by 77xp. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed – check your bet history before assuming a wager is active.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; the market is offered in error with clearly incorrect odds; or the outcome cannot be determined. Void bets are refunded as a return of the original stake to your account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 77xp reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77xp will attempt to notify you by email before any dormancy policy is applied. Any real money balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved and returned to you upon verified request.
You may request to close your 77xp account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is finalised, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed. Real money balances are returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
